Would love to hear the feedback from Kent Wildlife Trust about the protection rights of the deer. If that kind of biodiversity isn’t worth protecting, nothing is. It would be a travesty to undermine and take away their natural habitat.
A chicken farm next to a river... unbelievable. Friday‘s claim that their farm wouldn’t be adding to river and soil pollution (as per the rebuttal in the Kent News) is bizarre; when you want to put 192,000 chickens on land with a hill that runs towards the river, which regularly floods, pollution is inevitable. The claim that they will not be adding any more pollution than any other farm is also missing the point. It does increase pollution, damage the environment and will impact local wildlife. SOLUTION: NO CHICKENS = NO POLLUTION.
